Is this Shake Any good????

Just need a little help to see of this shake is any good. My missus is a nurse and has brought home some form of shake that patients have. The reason for her doing this is because shes knows im trying to increase my cals at the minute. Im aware its abit low in the protein department but this could be sorted with whey i guess.

Heres the info on it:

Enshake: Mixed with milk.

310ml serving

Cals: 600
Protein: 16.0g
Carb: 78.4g
Fat: 24.7g

Vits:

A (RE) 447ug
D 6.30ug
E (aTE) 7.00mg
C 48.0mg
K 45.0ug

Minerals:

Sodium 458mg
Calcium 456mg
Phosphorus 359mg
Potassium 771mg
Chloride 428mg
Magnesium 114mg

looks decent but what form are all those fats in?
 
K i cant seem to find much on it but here are the ingridients they may help?

Corn Syrup, high oleic sunflower oil, calcium casein - ate (milk protein), soy oil, coconut oil, sucrose, milk protein isolate, sodium citrate, soy protein isolate, magnesium sulphate, flavourings (contains milk), potasium phosphate, potassium chloride, potassium citrate, calcium carbonate, Vitamin C, antioxidants: R304, E306, Sweetner: E950, Vitamin E, Colour: E124, Vitamin A palmitate, bea carotene, Vitamin K, Vitamin D.

corn syrup is the only thing i would avoid but nothing looks bad. add in whey and you should be good.

loaded with sugars also, avoid if possible..but not gonna kill you if you absolutely need to use one i guess..

those shakes are for malnutritioned patients, not bodybuilders :x
 
lol thanks :). I was not sure what they were as she got them for nothing. I am having problems putting weight back on i have increased my cals up to 600-800 more a day now and im still losing weight. I sometimes fatigue a little and thought maybe i would be killing 2 birds with 1 stone having this shake but it was a idea not a necessity. Gonna have a browse round to what i can add and make yet another post for help :).
