Is this a good workout routine for biceps and triceps?

The Train Like You Got Balls Routine

Bicep Routine #1

Barbell Curls - 3 Sets x 6-12 Reps
Hammer Curls - 3 Sets x 6-12 Reps
Arnold Curls - 3 Sets x 6-12 Reps
Tricep Routine #1

Dips - 3 Sets x 6-12 Reps
Skull Crushers - 3 Sets x 6-12 Reps
Tricep Pushdowns - 3 Sets x 6-12 Reps


Tricep Routine #2

Close-Grip Bench Press - 3 Sets x 6-12 Reps
Decline EZ Curl Extensions - 3 Sets x 6-12 Reps
Pushdowns (rope) - 3 Sets x 6-12 Reps
Bicep Routine #2

Reverse Barbell Curls - 3 Sets x 6-12 Reps
Alternate Dumbbell Curls - 3 Sets x 6-12 Reps
Concentration Curls - 3 Sets x 6-12 Reps


I am thinking about taking this up.
Would this mean I would do all these routines every workout?
So all of this about 3-4 times a week?

Really trying to find a good one.

3-4 times a week?? only if you are on steroids and a bulking routine.. thats over training for sure

mm thing is I'm looking for a routine that requires a lot of work that will help me really bulk.

I'm not trying to over train but I want something that will make me work and get results.

Not afraid to bleed.
 
Sub out for anything you want these are just examples.

A1. Close grip Bench- 10*10(weight you can do close to 20)
A2. BB curls- 10*10(same as above)
B1. Incline French Press- 4*F
B2. Incline Alt. DB Curl- 4*F
C1. Alt DB Hammer Curls- 4*F
C2. DB kickbacks- 4*F
D1.if you want more
D2. " "
Short rests between sets on A1 and A2 with moderate weight. The rest at your own pace.
