I've never been much into fitness, never thought I'd have to worry about exercising because I've always been at a reasonable weight but over the years since being out of high school/college then immediately getting into a career and marriage, etc. I've put on more weight than I want or need because I was too focused on my marriage/household maintaining, job and whatever else comes along but now it finally hit me hard that I need to change NOW.
So, I'd like to talk with someone to get ideas how to lose weight, get in shape mentally and physically. If there's a way I could achieve a fast weight loss of no more than 10 pounds for a jump start I'd appreciate someone telling me how.
I know I need to drink more water, but how much each day should I?
I don't overeat, in fact, I rarely eat the equivalent of one meal a day total, so I know I need to increase my eating but how? I mean, I actually don't care much for eating unless it really smells or tastes good. At times I try to eat but cannot take more than a few bites then I feel full and/or get queesy trying to eat more.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
