is the fat in mayonaise good or bad?

i saw the back of the lable before and i remember seeing that its mostly mono and polyunsaturated fats, which i understand to be good fats, (raising HDL colesterol levels).

industrial mayo could hardly have much EFAs

Mayo would get rancid with poly unstaurated fatty acids

So there are usually saturated/trans fat (=evil)

You 'd better make your own mayo with a good oil - it is quite easy

What about canolla oil mayo?

canola is rich in EFAs (omega 3s and 6s)

it should be OK

just have a look at the label
is there other oil ?
is canola oil hydroganated (=evil) ?

on the label of hellmans mayo, i dont see where it says it has any hydrogenated fats???????????so i assume hellmans is good?????????????
