Is oatmeal a "complete" carb?

I`m not sure if there is such a thing but, my question is can I eat oatmeal for ALL my carb needs except for Post WO Dextrose and I also use a fiber supplement.

Do you HAVE TO have Veggies, brown rice, etc. for a specific reason or is the oatmeal enough?

also stay away from the starchy ones.... but to answer your question, you could use oatmeal as your carb staple, i would eat the above veggies for there vitamins etc...

That`s it? vitamins? what if I take extra vits? can I forego the veggies? any other reason for them?

I feel there are many antioxidents, vitamins, and chemicals that you need from veggies. They are better absoarbed in this form rather than supplementation. Broccoli covers most of them so I would try to work 2 cups in at dinner at least.

Thanks bros, it`s just so easy for me to measure out my whole day`s oatmeall in a BIG container and ration it out throuout the day. lol
Will have to force myself to get those veggies.

Oatmeal SHOULD be your staple.....Definately one of the top 5 bodybuilding foods.....red meat, cottage cheese, oats, eggs, AND................sf ff cool whip (for sanity)....lol
