Is my fiance' having an orgasm or what?

Sometimes when my fiance' and I are having sex she does something which she refers to as 'gushing'. When this happens she actually gushes a variable amount of liquid onto the bed sheets. Sometimes it happens only once and sometimes she'll 'gush' several times. I don't know if this is her having an orgasm or if it's something else. Anybody have any ideas? Cheers.
