What do you think of my diet is it any good i havnt started this yet bu its similer im a fussy eater and dont like no veg i or fish i wish i did i want to build lean muscle and loose body fat...

mon - chest, tricep and abbs.
tues - legs and calves.
weds - rest day.
thurs - sholders biceps and abbs.
fri - back and calves.
sat n sun - rest days.

i am going to start doing some cardio on wednesday and satday 30/40 mins interval training. I try and get some in on training days after waights but im ive been feeling tired latly.
meal 1 8am, porridge with hand full of raisons, egg protien shake and 25oz water.
meal 2 11am, 2 slices of whole wheat toast with all natural penut butter, a apple, a protien isolate shake and 25oz water.
meal 3 2pm, post workout, scoop and a half protien isolate, a banana and 25oz water.
meal 4 5pm, chikken breasts in curry or a hot sauce, sweetcorn, a orange and 25oz water.
meal 5 8pm, tin of beans, protien isolate shake and 25oz water.
meal 6 11pm, casien protien shake with skimmed milk and 25oz water.
what do yous more experianced bodybuilders think
