is my diet ok... any help will do ..

What do you think of my diet is it any good i havnt started this yet bu its similer im a fussy eater and dont like no veg i or fish i wish i did i want to build lean muscle and loose body fat...

stats: -
age - 23
height - 5.10"
waight - 198lb
bf% - not sure

training: -
mon - chest, tricep and abbs.
tues - legs and calves.
weds - rest day.
thurs - sholders biceps and abbs.
fri - back and calves.
sat n sun - rest days.

i am going to start doing some cardio on wednesday and satday 30/40 mins interval training. I try and get some in on training days after waights but im ive been feeling tired latly.

meal 1 8am, porridge with hand full of raisons, egg protien shake and 25oz water.
meal 2 11am, 2 slices of whole wheat toast with all natural penut butter, a apple, a protien isolate shake and 25oz water.
meal 3 2pm, post workout, scoop and a half protien isolate, a banana and 25oz water.
meal 4 5pm, chikken breasts in curry or a hot sauce, sweetcorn, a orange and 25oz water.
meal 5 8pm, tin of beans, protien isolate shake and 25oz water.
meal 6 11pm, casien protien shake with skimmed milk and 25oz water.

what do yous more experianced bodybuilders think

It looks good. Personally I would add some more chicken or fish in there to replace one of those protein shakes but that's just me. If you haven't already you should use a calorie counter website such as FitDay Free Calorie Counter and Diet Journal:  to track exactly what you are eating. To lose bf and gain lean mucsle your calories will have to be precise. Good Luck.

an as 4 the fish i dont like it none of it or veg or nethink im so fussy its unreal
an the chikkin is jus to dry i tried 2 eat loads of it ages ago bu really didnt enjoy it aatall an it led me 2 fail an turn 2 fast food again lol
i guess am jus gunna av 2 stop bein a bitch an jus eat it even if i dont like/enjoy it its a small price 2 pay for the results ill get eyy. but its jus so hard ha all my family are permintly ordering pizzas an chippys ect an it jus duznt help when am sittin round smellin all the nice tasting crap they get lol

you need more real food. you dont eat any real protein until 5:pm beef, bison, chicken, turkey, eggs, milk, pork. drink v8, apple juice, oj if you cant get yourself to eat veggies. theres no way in hell you are going to grow and keep any muscle mass with all those shakes.
 
everyone is different but just from personal experience.... ive done it both ways: a diet with a ton of protein shakes and a diet with no protein shakes. real food = results.

if you want to be into bodybuilding you MUST learn to eat. i was a super picky eater and watched people eat egg whites and wondered "how the hell can they do that?" same with oatmeal and plain chicken...i just finished competing in a show and 3 days later im back on my diet because i missed those foods. you will learn to like them if you pound them long enough. check out the walden brand calorie free products to help with the flavor.

im thinking i might try an jus blend all veggies an stuff in with water and jus down them haha duz this seam like a bad idea lol
can some 1 post a good diet with the good carbs an fats in as i want to cut an tone mur than bulk am jus gunna try n make meself like these foods as u say my body will become ust to them i hope any wayy lol

im glad i joined this forum every1 has been so helpfull im learning more and more my training and rest are ok i jus need 2 sort this nutrition problem out
