what does a power dump and licking your bicep have to do with one another? i can see doing it if you just rubbed one out and you're trying to thank your arm for it's hard work, but after a dump?

workplace and school and private institutions. i dont think it applies in public (yet).

it was my understanding anything/everything that had a sexual aspect that made anyone uncomfortable was sexual harassment.

by this definition even a show on television which made someone uncomfortable sexually would be classed as harassment

licking your bicep in front of others would be very hard to construe as sexual in nature since the bicep is not implicated in sexual behaviour the way breasts/penises are. if anything theyll just say youre a bit fruity
