Squats - 5 sets of 5 with weight from Monday

also i cycle to work 7 miles and back every day, and walk on the treadmill a mile at 10% incline (for a calf problem)

too much? just right? to little? do i need to eat like a maniac or what? i am a skinny feller. my goals are to GAIN SOME MUSCLE. i know you are going to say the cycling will hurt this goal, well what will happen if i keep the cycling in? i just get wiry? all i want to do is not look like a twig any more AND do my cycling, is this possible.

Also, if anyone has a good description on how to to barbell rows i w ould be grateful. seems to me that i feel them in my biceps but not in my back.

Oh yeah, one more thing. Are the straight legged deads once a week enough for my hamstrings? My quads really feel it, from the cycling, and from all the squats and deads. hamstrings generally don't feel too tired. or is it ok?

Thanks for your help gurus!!!

If your doing all that cardio and you want to pack on mass... your going to have to eat your face off.... Bottom line...
