is it possible to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time?

Do u guys think this is possible with the use of anabolics? I tried to lean out using winstrol and I still lost some mass and strengh.

Do u guys think I did not achieve my goals because I didnt use enough roids??

You're either bulking or cutting.

You can lose fat on cycle, but if you are losing weight, you are not eating enough.

I have been doing it on and off cycle for about 7 months now. After a long layoff, I was 236@30%bf, now, 6-7 months later 250ish at 15%bf.
 
clean diet and plex makes me bigger and leaner every time,but im not new to the sport so if u r just give it some time
 
What type of cycle would you guys suggest I try on a callorie restricted diet?? im sick of bulking on small amounts of gear.

my cycle history is like this:

fina alone at 50mgs ed for 5 weeks

** winstrol alone at 50-100mg ed for 9 weeks

currently doing fina alone

right now im 240 pounds at 6 foot and expecting to get bigger

need some help
 
I never restrict calories. If you want to gain muscle and lose fat it's all in the diet, not more gear. YOU MUST EAT CLEAN.
 
It isn't really possible to gain the most amount of muscle and lose the most amount of fat at the exact same time , however you can say in a 2 month period lose 4% bodyfat and at the same time gain a couple of lbs of muscle from excellent diet , training , and supplemetation. It does require manipulation of low and high calorie days in a given week as well as high protien every day.

yes of course you can!!! even without the use of anabolics. bro you shouldnt rely on the drugs to get you there. training, diet and rest are most important. have all 3 down then adding the anabolics will make it all the more effective but you shouldnt rely on them
