Is It Possible?? Diet Challange

Bigzz

New member
I'm 6'6" 350lbs very built, but ofcourse I need to drop my bf% and lose the pounds.
My Work schedule is:
Mon-Fri 9am-5pm - office job
Tues-9pm-3am - club (bouncer)
Thur,Fri,Sat- 10pm-3:30am - club (bouncer)

Where in gods name could I possibly fit in a diet plan???? Its sooo hard for my to eat right already, let along finding the time to hit the gym.
I know some of y'all are gonna say... "don't work so much then".... thats not really an option right now.
Anyone with pointers on a diet I should be following, or work out plan. I'm no rookie to the gym, but never really followed a diet plan. I need to lose weight quick for CFL tryouts beginning of next year.... help! I've already purchase Clenbutorol, but I don't know how to eat or find time for the gym with my schedules.
ADVICE?!?!?!

Can you take food into your office?
I have a tub of protein sitting in the kitchen and i have various bits and bobs.
you just have to prepare yourself before hand cook before and pack everything up and take it around with you if you can.

I suppose I could. I don't want to lose the build I have now because I've worked way to hard to get this far. I'm worried now, that if I do diet, and without the gym time I need, I'll just lose the fat, and take muscle with it. I've never been a diet kinda guy cause I've always been super active. I got an office job now, and didn't realize how much different it is compared to anything I've ever done! I've been out of the gym for nearly a year, and I've still seemed to maintain my frame.... putting on my fat of course, but now its time to do something about it, but I seriously need help... cause as I've mentioned, I really want to try out for the CFL next year, and theres no way in hell I'd qualify right now.

Nice one eurorides :D

anyway bigzz... all you need to do is designate 45-60 minutes per day to workout. Get some equipment at home, wake up an hour earlier if you can and work out... just see what time you can shave..

I had to do this when i started working, i now no longer watch tv and shit... thank god i work in front of a computer so i can get my internet fix ;)

you said "ive worked too hard to get thisd far" if you found time to bulk, you can find time to cut how about in between work and the club job?.

I started when I was 17 and I'm now 21... I've been off for almost a year now, mainly because of my office job, and lack of funds. Before my time off, I worked really hard to build my frame. I'm not the typical 350lbs "fatass" I have stature, and I'm seeing myself slip, and I don't want to let it happen (I guess that comes with having almost a whole year off.... I've done little work at home, but I could only find so much motivation and time). I need some tools to help me out, and roids right now, arn't an option. I find myself with no energy alot of the time because 4 days I'm used to going to bed at 4am and the other 3 a little earlier.

Man, I totally understand what you mean. I've got a full-time job for the summer before I go back to school, and the 9-5 is absolutely killer on any schedule, and I can't even imaging how you function with four addition nights at a club.

Like Babyfaced said, your best resources are planning and ingenuity. Try making a whole bunch of food on the weekend (grill chicken, open up cans of tuna and put them in individual tupperwares, put individual servings of protein powder in little plastic bags, etc.) and think of anything you can do to make packing up your meals for work a little easier and quicker. I take advantage of American commercialism and the need for convenience in everything we buy/do (even though I do so very begrudgingly). The Starkist tuna in the pouch has become my new favorite meal solution. If I'm going out and know I'm gonna need a meal I just chuck one or two of those in my car (I've already got a stockpile of forks and spoons in my glovebox) and I'm good to go. [You'll probably need like 6 of those things because you're f-ing huge...btw, congrats on that! :)]

Try to take some time and just think of what you normally eat during the day, taking each food/meal one-by-one, and try to come up with ways to make them easier or more portable. You'll be amazed at what you can come up with! Best of luck!

Cheers guy... thanks for the help so far... just another question...

You can stick me in the gym and I have no problem with my work out routines.... but with the "Diet" end of things.... I'm clueless.
For my weight and height (I don't know my bf%) how much protein, fat, carbs, calories, etc should I be taking in. Taking into consideration that I will be on Clenbutorol 2wks, then ECA 2wks and so on.
