Hello ladies! Although i'm not new to the boards, this is my first time posting. I've gotten a great deal of wonderful info from you guys and just wanted to say a quick "thank you".

I guess the time has come for a question of my own though... here's a quick overview:

I'm 24/f about 5'2'' weighing 106lbs. This is the most i've weighed EVER in my life. I've always been active (NAVY DIVER) but recently my activity level has dropped and i've noticed my weight going up. I'm on a regular workout routine, and very clean diet. I also take MD6 right now- which seems to be ineffective. I don't know whether my body is getting used to the ECA supps or I need a change in workout/diet or what. I used to be very cut with a 10 %(at most) body fat. I understand that 106 is not fat- but when your used to your body being a certain way, any change seems detrimental.
Ok, story is long enough :o , so here is the actual question. Can anyone recommend a training program and supps/diet that I can use. I'm very determined to get to where I was, I gues I just need the knowledge to do it. Any info is a great help and I appreciate it

I don't wait for moods. You acomplish nothing if you do that. Your mind must know it has to get down to work.

hello!
i am new to posting as well and i did a search and there is a thread titled "help for all the beginners" that i found it VERY helpful!! i also found the thread "nutrition 101" helpful as well!!

Just like with anything else your body adapts....so if you are eating the same foods and following the same routine you will eventually stop progressing.....You need to change your diet...what foods are you eating now?? How do you train?? Simple changes may do wonders for you:) You dont need to be super lean all the time...so keep that in mind too.
