To keep my protein high at 300gms or so during cutting or bulking I find I'm eating a lot of meat. Typically I eat 8oz salmon, 8oz steak, 8oz chicken every day, plus at least a couple of protein shakes.
Is eating this much meat bad? Is eating red meat daily bad in any way? Should I have my cholesterol tested?
