Is headache a side effect of the pill?

Ouch. I've been off the pill (allesse) for 8 months and just recently started it again. I have the worst headaches around lunchtime. I never had a problem before. I am also on zelnorm which lists headache as a side effect, but I was fine before the birth control.

I saw something on the board about non-hormonal birth control options, but I can't find it anymore...could some one locate that. Thanks!

You just might need to change the type of pill you are taking. I had to try several different types of pills before I could find one that didn't cause headaches.

I remember the thread you are talking about, but I'm pretty sure that pill was not available in the US.

Centchroman is the name of the pill. JJFigure was trying it, as well as Ceebs. I am not sure if either are still taking it.

That sounds kind of sketchy, but thanks for finding it for me. I'm going to keep looking around for other options....
