It takes like 6 cups or something to be beneficial. I mainly use it as a nootropic...it did make a slight significance in dropping weight though, but its not as great as an EC stack. Apparently some study found that you can burn an extra 250 cals/day if you take 90 mg of epigallocatechin-3-gallate 3 times a day...so 270 mg of EGCG. It could get expensive...and plus, that shit evaporates fast so the actual yield in the tea may not be that great.
