Is Green Tea REALLY Helpful For Weight Loss???

Guys, I have seen quite a few posts where guys include as part of their weight/bodyfat loss program, but is it REALLY helpful??? Or just another fad supplement with no science supporting it???
 
It certainly helps but there are many more fat loss supplements with a better effectiveness/cost ratio
 
It helps, but there are better fat loss agents or it works better when combined with a thermogenic that has it as an ingredient
 
Hmm, I have found Diet, cardio and weight lifting to be the greatest thermo out there. Its amazing I pop 1 cardio workout, 12 sets, and a steak and im racing,,, :)

I didnt notice much on green tea, it might do well but it is minute, just train hard, eat good, exercise, have lots of sex and everything will come into place,
 
It takes like 6 cups or something to be beneficial. I mainly use it as a nootropic...it did make a slight significance in dropping weight though, but its not as great as an EC stack. Apparently some study found that you can burn an extra 250 cals/day if you take 90 mg of epigallocatechin-3-gallate 3 times a day...so 270 mg of EGCG. It could get expensive...and plus, that shit evaporates fast so the actual yield in the tea may not be that great.
 
i would have to say yes from personal experience, sittin here at work and my arm pits are trickling sweat from a supp im using that has green tea. i found that if i ramp up dosage of green tea that i wont get depressed..im about to score anafits great tea and really start cooking
 
Nothing beats diet, cardio, hard work and dedication if you want to lose weight. Green tea is good for it nutrient properties, just a supplement but not a miracle.
