stryc-9, you're way off...it haslike 5g sugar versus 6 g fiber and the rest complex carbs...looking at the ingredients, it has very little "processing" done to it, and NO sugar added...it also has 6 g protein.
I eat two servings a day as a solid complex carb source and I have been bulking up with solid muscle.
eat it 110%, it's great stuff for you if you're bulking
