Is ephera legal again?

I have heard about the ban being repelled. Any truth to this? If so, where is everyone getting their ephera now? any good links? I would also be interested in caffiene andryous (sp?) as well.

Most of the good companies that voluntarily stopped putting E in products will have to pay out there ass if they start up again because there settlement had a clause to never knowingly add it there products again.Such as muscletech who got off paying 40 million when they would of had to pay out 400 million.

Somewhat true. It was overturned by a local Utah judge, but it astill has to go through the FDA to get the full approval, which will most likely take some time. Some sites have already started selling them. That being said, I'm still a HUGE fan of pure ephedrine HCL and caffeine at a 10:1 c to e ratio.

More people died from asprin in that same year too.Ephedra only screwed up morans who had pre exixting stupidity.

i got some from fitnessone.com. They have the old hydroxycut formula and the old xenedrine formula just made by another company.

I'm with sawastea on the ephedrine. pure stuff is better than the herbal stuff.
The only thing with DNE is that you have to send them a copy of your drivers license. Not too big a deal if you're only using the stuff for yourself and not manufacturing other substances.

Never understood everyone's fascination with ephedra when the pure stuff has always been available.

Exactly my point....this is not to be used pre-workout. People take 10 of them train massive cardio and dehydrate themselfs to death....
I have said this a million times..."Steroids..effedra...chocolate syrup ..or even filtered water....if you take to much you will imply an adverse effect on your body."

It is, and will always (for now) be legal as a bronchodilator. I am not sure of the status with the judge, thought he did overturn the ruling, I am not sure how that changes the law of distribution.


I have found this is the best place to get it.
