is cyberpump "HIT" a pay board now???/

i remember about 2 or 3 years ago when i first saw cyber pump......its a HIT bodybuilding website. i decided what the hell and check and see if the board is still there......but its kinda confusing i cant tell if its a pay board or if its free?? i no longer train HIT but i always like the good reads they had there. does anyone know whats up?
