how frequently are NBA games put up and are only the better games put up (ex: lakers vs celtics would be, but clippers vs twolves wouldn't be)

i usually put up the games on tv or good matchups .. but if u pm me a request early in the day i will try and get it up when i get home from work or at lunch, if possible
