I'm 6'0 and 170lbs. 14.5 inch arms, 42 inch chest, 16%BF
I just recovered from an injury which had me out of commission for a month and I am starting a bulking phase now. I am taking in 2,700 calories a day but it doesn't seem like enough. I don't want to put on too much fat while bulking, but I don't want to waste too much time either. Summer is approaching!
