All,

Just wanted to say Hi. I have finally made up my mind to get fit once and for all. Before I would go too hard and burn myself out in the first month, but now I have decided to go slow and steady.
Stats:
6'0"
284lbs
27yrs

My goal is 225lbs fit.

Currently I am taking:
Cellmass
NO-Explode
Nitrix
Multivitamin
CLA
Ginsing
Potassium
Liboburn

And - Yes it was banned, but I have some left over...1TU, enough for one and a half cycles.
After cycle I will probably go to Vitrix......

Diet:
As much green leafy veggies as I want.
Chicken/fish as a main meal.
Oatmeal
Berries
Water, Water, Water....oh and more water
NO SODA
Tea w/ splenda
Whole wheat pasta
long grain rice
Veggies
Limited fruit to stay away from the sugars.....

Any reccommendations let me know.
I look forward to getting to know you guys!

Excellent... best wishes... few points though:

Healthy fats:
LEAN red meats... don't shy from them
Eggs (cholestoral stimulate natural testosterone production)
Olive Oil (on chicken, ect.)

I think you nailed everything else!
