Hey all, I've just started reading around this place recently as I'm pretty new to lifting. I jus turned 18 years old and have been lifting for roughing a year. I'm soon to graduate high school and am then going to attend PSU!
Starting stats: 5'5" 125 lbs
Current: 5'7" 160 lbs
I have stuck to a beginner routine for basically the entire year I have been lifting, once in a while deciding to go heavier/lighter for a few weeks at a time. I've read through numerous boards and gathered all kinds of information on lifting. I'm planning on starting DC training in a few weeks, and maybe starting a training log in here for everyone to critque/ learn from.
