I didn't read the thread at anabolic fitness but I was just talking about this with a trainer at the gym the other day and I was like you thinking that you were supposed to wait 3 weeks after last injection and then administer clomid therapy but he said that Sust stayed active in your system upwards of 42 days after last injection and that it had a different half life ....This is his opinion though:mix:

I believe the last ingrediant in sus is testosterone undecanate which at the end of 3 weeks is maybe still in your system but at such low levels it is no longer theraputic. Also it is at low enuf levels that clomid therapy can begin. I believe Andy13 had a great post on this, however I cannot remeber the exact name...I think it was a comprehensive look at modern as...

You don't need the AS to be totally out of your system in order to start clomid. After 3 weeks of so, sustanon levels are likely to be low enough so that they don't interfere with your body restarting it's own hormone production.

Exactly! I usually wait 3.5 weeks on sus and deca.

Actually, three weeks is too little and 6 weeks is too long. Like mentioned before, you should start clomid at half the half-life, which, taking the longest acting ester into concern, turns out to be 4 weeks.

Most people are ready to cycle again by 6 weeks. Maybe you cant start the clomid with your next sus, dbol and deca cycle:D
Seriously, I got to go with three weeks but the above post about the half life is interesting:(

Yes its true sust is in your system that long, but its fair to say I think that if you let the levels fall down to a level where they are no loonger therapeutic then you can commence clomid treatment after say 18-25 days it is different for each human body so there cannot be a hard and fast rule to this.

I'll just say a couple of things here..

First, how long before you start clomid depends on the doses used during the cycle.. Intuitively, if you use 2gram/week, you will have to wait longer for the levels to drop than if you used 250mg/week.

Secondly, 100mg of test is enough to inhibit natural T production.. And it's not as if your natural T is either ON or OFF.. It's like a light dimmer when it gets to low (less than 100mg of test) levels.. If this makes sence, it may "sort of" start up again.. But not at full recovery until levels of exo test are very, very low..

Finally, as I have said over and over... switch to a shorter ester to end a cycle. That way you make gains up until the last week, then take MUCH less time to begin clomid, so less time wasted while you are not making gains, yet not recovering.. That means less time until you get to start another cycle.. woo-hoo!!!

Andy

Thanks Andy for the info. I will get some prop for my next cycle and use that at the end if the shots are bearable. Never tried it.

dam

andy makes sense. I cant understand why anybody would want to spend 3-4 weeks in 'limbo'. Thats the kinda of situation you stay out of if you want to keep gains.
