so some how I ended eating like this on a regular basis and i'm interested to know if its ok. I really don't have any goals, just sustainment i guess. 170lbs 5,9... i pretty much eat this everyday.
2pckts of steel oats and 1 cup of greek yogurt fat free
4eggs and a wheat/multi bagel w/ lite lite cream cheese
protein shake 2 nat pb sandwhich on wht
chkn with blk bean, rice, and cheese...tex mex burrtio thing
varies from day to day...tuna, cereal, wheat pasta, tuna , rice.....
