Intensity question

What kind of techniques do you use to blast past sticking points in size or strength? Forced reps, drop sets, negatives, partials? How often do you use them while juicing as compared to off? Do you use them for smaller body parts such as arms, delts, traps? Thanks.

all are good to use. using them depends on you and your recovery ability and intensity level. sometimes breaking past sticking points has more to do than just training as well. good diet and enough rest play a big role as well.

I take a week off to fully rest and regenerate. More often than not sticking points are simply overtraining.

Training is just like doing a cycle. You out everything in advance. Having phases of high intensity followed by phases of lower intensity, all built are the principle of progressive overload, help to avoid sticking points and acheive consistent gains over an exteneded period of time.

training in this manner also helps avoid injury.
