Valentina Chepiga! Her body is ideal for a female bb'er. I don't think I want to be quite as freaky myself, but I admire her art work.

I'm a feminine girl and all, but Arnold's old pics still inspire me. He's the greatest. Just looking at him makes me want to get off my lazy ass and get in the gym.

Do any guys inspire you girls, too?
 
I love VALENTINA! I have a big picture of her on my fridge....to inspire me, keep me from cheating, and something to strive for....She is a big time motivation for me, she is muscular but very beautiful and carries herself well. Shes my FAV:D
 
Same here w/ valentina - I also kept some pix of female bb's up on my bathroom mirror while prepping for my contests - Valentina is the ultimate and a little more than I want. Girls from the local NPC contests, etc are more "real" and thus more inspirational - I guess when I can come out of the shower and compare my quads w/ the chick who won some regional show.

Then there are the couple of ex competitors who workout at my gym who "just do it for themselves" these days - damn - I'm working my ass off to consider doing another show in the next year - one girl is in there every friggin night, working out good, but not feverishly like I do - and she looks amazing! "Naw, I used to compete, I just do it for myself now".... Amazing!
 
I think she's absolutely fantastic . . . .does anyone know if she has a website ? I think have evry other available photo of her somewhere in my collections . . .
 
Got a pic from FLEX here in front of me on my cork board. Nothing freaky about her at all. Pretty much the ideal female bodybuilder in my opinion. Pic from the Arnold below with BMOM and friend. Wished Valentina would have been in better shape. It was disheartening to find out she didn't even have a comp'd ticket for the show from anyone. You'd think they'd (Weider) take better care of her, but that's women's bodybuilding in general.

Valentina has been in flex a few times, they did a layout on her, and interviewed her about the olympia...but beyond that she gets next to nothing!!!! Usually fitness covers the mags...bb gets the shit end of the deal...very sad cause she has an awesome physique and represents womens bodybuilding very well in my opinion.....

What's the point of expressing your distaste for women's bb-ing in a thread that supports women's bb-ing?

You irritate on purpose.

If you don't like it, don't look.

I for one enjoy seeing women reach their full muscle potential.

Valentina inspires me because she got past needing male approval in general, as illustrated by her well-developed body.

hey barbie if you arent ready to support critics over your threads then just go disney.com where everything is peaceful...... Ronnie Coleman also reached his full muscle potential, think everybody likes this guy's shape ? no.... some will while others (like me) still prefer the Arnold style.....

Well then you should just say..."I prefer so and so over Valentina", post a pic, and JOIN in the discussion.

I'm not attracted to a single current male bodybuilder, but I don't register this opinion often because this IS a sport where extremes are praised...but I do admire them all for their effort.

Now, if you want to talk male bb-ing, Arnold IS the man!
So is Dave Draper and Serge Nubret.

We can only cry so much about the old days, before GH and whatnot, however.

and I guess we share the same reason over why Arnold was the best ? be honest his shape is far more attrictive than Ronnie right ?

DAMN.. that girl is BUFF!!! yup.. i do the same thing.. i have an inspirational pic up in my bedroom and right on the fridge!! it really works!! every morning when i dont want to get out of bed and go workout i just take a quick peak at that pic and i pop right up. im with sassy on this one though... shes not exactly what i have in mind for myself but i do respect and admire her dedication to the sport and lifestlye. shes looks great!!

Yes well, back to the business of being inspired.......

I too think Valentina's physique is awesome, but there is this other female bb who I truly think is just great and inspires me more than any other. I don't know her name and I only have a couple of her pictures but she looks great: (Anyone know who she is??)
 
Valentina does have a wonderful physique. I actually think she looks hotter in the pic with Bikini Mom. I love fem BB in the off season. Even though most of them hate the extra weight. I think they look awesome.
