I’m doing testosterone enanthate 500mgs a week for 12 weeks
Deca durabolin 400mgs for 10 weeks
Proviron 50mgs a day for 10 weeks
Winstrol last 6 weeks 50mgs a day
As far as the orals i know to take once a day. But how often do i pin the injectables?

with these injectables you want to pin 1-2x per week

technically the deca only needs to be pinned twice a month lol. but its a lot easier to just pin it with your test in the same syringe

you could technically pin deca once a week but i would just stick with twice as i have always felt it to provide better blood stability and while test e is arguable for once a week pinning, twice a week would be the best way to go here for both...

deca i would inject 1x/week and test enan/1x/week

orals split into 2x doses/day is best
