Injecting Assistance

Hi guys,
Is there such a thing where guys like us can go and get our weekly shots taken and done properly.

Shooting in the glute seems a task and for a novice may carry its risk

I heard of needle exchange which is where you are given syringe packs, thats brilliant.

I guess I want a nurse type person to shoot my glute for me otherwise i need to practise, i got no mates on AAS, so a one man bandit.

Just do lots of research online about proper injection placement and technique. Then man up and inject

If you're prescribed it you can have a nurse do it.

Why not go in your Quads or Delts where you can see? It's not hard to reach back to the glutes either. Just find a way to make it work for you.

I would go with Delts and Quads if you are needing someone to do it for you in your glutes.
