If it's an ingrown....soak in a hot bath to soften up the skin, then get a mirror and tweezers and start digging. Not pretty, but that's your only option. Be sure to clean tweezers with alcohol beforehand, and wipe the dig site with alcohol afterwards. Proceed to howl and dance around like a tribesman trying to bring rain to his parched land.

I shave my balls...very ocasionally I have an ingrown hair. Just press the shit till explode...and try to take it out from the root. A new one will grow straight.

Take a really hot washcloth....as hot as you can stand it and keep applying it to the spot. This should make it white and easier to pop like a zit. After you pop it...look for the hair that will be stuck inside.

Good advice from all. I haven't had one on my sack per se, but I have had a couple in the pubic area, after shaving, and they were very uncomforable.

I had one too, it's the reason I don't shave to the skin anymore, I had to cut the fucker out with a knife.

Lance it with a sterile needle, I know you juice so you have a box of them laying around. Mash it out, pull the hair out with some twizers and put a nice triple anibiolic on it.

I am really fortunate that I do not have much hair in the pubic region. I will not shave this area for this reason. I would never shave my balls, but if I had a hair problem in this region I would use Nair or epilstop or some shit to rub in and wipe off...why shave this area?? Use Nair or something.

Soak in a nice hot bath with some epsom salt! That'll get the skin nice and soft ... and 'pliable'.

From there on you know what you need to do. Gonna be painful.
