Information About WInstrol Cycle.

actually i was planning on taking winstrol but i have very little knowledge about it. can you help me out with proper cycle info,dosage,cycle length and what should i combine it with it? i have read that winstrol with prima and testa will do wonders? also can you tell me about PCT? should i do PCT after the cycle or in between cycle. And i was suggested to use HCG.
help me out.
my body fat is 13% weight 187 lbs height 183cm age 22

The P in PCT stands for post so there's the answer for that, plus there are a plethora of posts on here about a proper one so check those out. Off the top of my head you're what just under 6'? This is obviously your first cycle my brother so I am going to tell you to train a bit longer, study tons more about these compounds and how you may react to them, what to do if it goes south, and then obviously PCT. Test only for first cycle, you can work "wonders" with that compound alone. Anyway, what are you looking to accomplish? How long have you been training? I like me some winstrol in the Summer but it makes me achey as hell, the only time i take it bc I can't go heavy.

I have been working out since 4 years and i have been on deca testa once. So this would be my second cycle.

Also there is nothing like a winstrol cramp. Hitting your chick from behind and all of a sudden falling to the floor grabbing your hammy like it's about to tear off the bone while she stares at you is never fun but shit happens haha drink tons of water on orals especially win.

When was that? PCT? How you bounce back? Again you looking for size, performance, strength, definition? How would you describe your physique now?

It was 3 months back. I didn't go for pct actually. I would define my physique to be accurate, the way i want the only thing lacking are abs.

You're definitely not making this easy for me but simple answer is winstrol won't miraculously give you abs. Diet and proper core training will, try that first while you do more research.
