Increasing metabolism

[FONT=&quot]I am 5'9", 175 lbs, work out twice a week doing only cardio, and have a pretty good diet of fruits + vegetables, and other low calorie foods. My question is does anyone know any good supplements to suppress appetite or increase metabolism? Thanks to all that read this.[/FONT]

One of the best ways to increase metabolism is to add weight training to your routine. This will bring up your base calorie needs as you add muscle to your frame.
