My son is in a school program with a well funded and equipped weight room. The problem is that the football coach is the head of the room and treats all kids as if they were only lifting for football. Kids are heavy core lifting on the same day they play baseball or wrestle such things as a team district..... Can anyone direct me to where I can obtain information in season lifting in a "BFS"program? Thank you so much.
