Important Question About Seized Shipment(please Read)

Earlier today i got my package from sweden and it was a very small pouch (i was thinking that is small to fit 20amps of sus and 100pills of nolva. (it was like 6"by8"). So i open it up and there is a letter in it (no sticker or nothing on it about customs checking or anything) its a letter from customs saying:

Theis shipment contained items that were determined to be an illegal improtation. The u.s. customs service has the responsibility to intercept and seize illegal items when they are attempted to be brought into the united states by any means. Accordingly, the items were removed from the shipment and seized by the us customs service. The remaining items in this shipment are being forwarded to you as they are not considered to be an importation contrary to us customs and or related laws.

After that there is an address and number to refer to but no phone number to call.

My question is this: Is this the type of letter you recieve when it is seized because this is my first letter seized. It also looks like its photo copied(i was thinking that my source could have took my money and put this paper in the pouch; i did order one other thing and got it from him so maybe he is legit) I need anybodys help on this because if this is some type of scam i want people to know. And does whats said above mean that one package may of got threw like the nolvadex or does it mean they seized both and just sent me one package, its weird because i dont see how 20amps and 100 pills can fit in that small of a package(even if they did without breaking)

Please help me out !!!! I dont know what to do should i see if the source can resend them or what. OR DID I GET SCAMMED.

Has this guy packaged like that before? Customs usually sends a letter and not the package. It comes in an envelope with the US Customs addy on the outside of it. You can not miss it!

Also, there is contact info stating if you want to claim the material as yours to send in the letter or call the customs department.

100 amps is very small... fits in a tiny bubble envelope.

Customs DOES take the goods out and put the photo copied letter into packages. You get the empty box with the letter inside.

it was only 20 amps and 100 pills should i call about it or not they should still send the nolvadex because its not a steriod correct.

I was wondering if its better to send the shipment either ups or fedex like next day or something that way it wont get checked what do you think. Because he said he will send half the order back and then a little extra in another order. Also should i give him a different address and name or just a different name. He also said the pills should still get sent to me.

What should I do?

Definitely do not call. Calling would be an admission that you were expecting those drugs to be sent to you. 100 tabs of Clomid is not worth the legal jackpot you may be putting yourself into.

The siezure letter does sound fishy. "photo copied" - it's possible, but I'd wait for more replies from peeps that actually got known legit ones.

BTW - Packed correctly 20 amps and 100 tabs can be packed in a very small package.

It is a rather clever scam assuming he doesn't have a resend policy.

it was shipped from sweden and he said he could resend half the shippment to a different name then he usally put in something extra on the following order.

what do you think i should do about what he said (I said ok do you think i should send regular mail again to different address and name or use ups or fedex???

How was it shipped the first time? Do you have a different addy? I would have him fedx, signature waived to another addy you can use!

I use to have my shit sent to work, talk about big ones!
The best part was the secretary had to take reception and if anyoine asked for me I knew something was up and could say"I have no idea?"

it was in the same pouch but be bigger and it was only clenbuterol.

so your saying use another address and name using fedex or ups without signature required.

my guy put my gear in a small bubble pouch then put it inside another envelope and mailed it. when i got it, it was the letter where the gear was supposed to be. so yes they do send the original package. and yes mine looked photo copied also. yeah i feel your pain man...

I once got a siezure and it was a bullshit photo copy. it was liek a fuck you from customs.

you will get a real letter soon with info on how to obtain your gear and how many of each was seiezed. Just forget about it and have your supplier resend it to a new address.

Sounds bogus bro. I had a shipment seized last year. First I received the letter from customs. It was about 5 pages long and listed the different options you can make with regards to the seizure. About a week later my package came in the mail. It had obviously been opened and then taped up. There was nothing in the package. I had a case number and everything. The letter you got sounds like bullshit.

I had mine seized a while back also. The envelope came with a peice of green tape saying inspected by customs or something of that nature with a paper in it with the heading Notice of Removal explaining everything and a case number hand written in ink. They even reutuned the open empty boxes with it. A couple days later i received an envelope with the heading Election of Proceeding. If you want you could give them a call and ask the questions for yourself at 312 353 1255

yes at the end of my paper there is a number -the first couple of numbers are printed than there are about 4 numbers writen then a couple more printed

Keep in mind seizures occure at different locations. Maybe your particular location ran out of pre-printed letters. Don't be so quick to scream scammer, it could be totally on the level.

bumpo is correct - you should receive an official letter from customs about a week later. Sometimes they ship it the same time other times it takes a week or so.

Secondly, I highly doubt a source is scamming you over 20 amps worth. It's not worth it. E-mail me who it is and I'll be able to tell you one way or another. [email protected]

Lastly, UPS is an even worse idea as tracked packages are looked at more closely than non-tracked packages.

Get this shit... I ordered from Europe a year ago. They opened my package, seized the HCG, and sent everything else. I had test in there, DNP, Anavar. And all they seized was the HCG. That's fucked up!

I am also aware of this happening, first hand knowledge not hearsay either. Just count your losses and go about your business.

Well....

Customs got one of my packages one time but 2 weeks later my source re-shipped and got past them so it was all good. I got a few letters but just threw them away!!! That's all you need to do just keep away from signing anything that comes to your place. Also i haven't used the same addy as i have heard they put you on a list. Not sure how effective that can be since so many people have shit confiscated every day but it's not worth the risk I.M.O

Pretty clever if its a scam, my friend last year got his stuff seized from Thailand or something crazy like that. It was an official letter and it listed the contents seized and how to contact them to appeal the seizure. Yeah Right! only if its toll free.

Of course I have lots of imaginary friends!
