Important post cycle question

I know this doesn't belong here really.. but I'm coming off my cycle and im gonna start taking glutamine/clomid. I read up on glutamine but I see different opinions as far as dosages and times of day that it should be taken. How much do you need to take for it to be effective? I started it today, I used 5g right after my workout... What other times of day should I use it and how much to be effective?
 
I take 15-20 grams per day. I take 5 grams in the morning after breakfast, 5-10 grams after my workout with my carb drink and 5 grams before I go to bed. Hope this helps, Best of luck my friend!

I think a 3 time per day method is good. I take 5 grams before training, 15 grams post workout and 10 grams before bed.

Glutamine will help coming off, but you must change your training intesity. You wont and should keep the same workout. Lower your sets and weights. If you keep up the same workout, you will lose muscle.
