i'm skinny as it is and have been bulking for over a year, but am gaining facial fat

hi, i'm 5'11 163 now, which is still pretty skinny. But for some reason my face has gotten disproportionately chubbier than the rest of my body. i've been dirty bulking for like 2 years now, and with my slow metabolism being 20 years old ive gained around 15 pounds. what should i do? i'm not big enough really to start cutting but my face is starting to bloat and i dont like it.
 
I would say quit "dirty bulking."
Cut back on the carbs a bit and possibly change your fat sources. Up your protein intake.
Can you post an example meal plan for the day?

an example meal plan for the day would be

meal 1: omelette, toast, bacon, orange juice
meal 2: steak sandwich fries
meal 3: peanut butter and jelly sandwich
meal 4: penne a la vodka with chicken
meal 5: pork fried rice with sesame chicken
meal 6: post workout shake, around 500-600 cals
meal 7: maybe pizza or something before bed

as i said, i completely dirty bulked. i barely even know what foods are good for clean bulking at this time. it sucks because i want to bulk up, but its making me less attractive overall as my face isnt chiseled at all anymore.

cutting simple carbs will drop the water on your face in under a week....
don't stress about it a lot
if you cant figure out how to do it with diet I suggest adding whey shakes (mixed with some sort of fat like pb or coconut oil and fruit high in sugar like bananas) to a much cleaner diet for added cals

read the boards more thoroughly...there are a lot of good suggestions
your way is tastier tho..I'll give you that

Dirty bulk will make you fat with zero muscle.. Your diet is horrible, You expect to look good with that diet? Eat shit you'll look like shit..

This is my bulking diet, I have updated some things however on another computer so you get the basic idea. I was skinny once upon a time, I figured out my diet, got shit sorted and wollah now I get eyed off by girls all the time which is what I am sure you are striving to achieve. everyones diet is different as I work behind a desk and can eat at anytime I want however if you work as a trady or something you only have selected times of the day that you can eat so try and work something out and stick with it, never say its okay if I skip that meal, force that shit down your throat!

right...and for an alternate unpopular in some of these places approach...if time is a big problem or you just can't stand to eat that much have a look at leangains.com
its a free website....nobody is sellin anything...I like it..my husband likes it

a few peeps on EF subscribe to it as well
my approach is different at the moment...killing fat pure and simple and trying to get my A1c number down so Im doing it with keto and just a tad more in the way of supps and a smidgen of what could be considered chemical enhancement

the husband is following with way more cals and is having nice success
he wasn't putting on any decent muscle at an average calorie intake (around 2500 avg) but is at 3500...it totally depends on your goals tho dude....if youre looking for the powerlifter build thats not enough carbs..if youre just lookin to add muscle maybe you need to assess what your cals ought to be...good luck
