I have been so busy that I haven’t had the time to come in here and update everybody but I had to come back for a minute and update ya’ll on my progress. Between working full time, being a single parent and going to the gym 4 days a week my schedule is very hectic.
As of today I am down 20 pounds! I am so excited and shocked that I can’t stop smiling. I have worked so hard to get to where I’m at and seeing the weight come off gets me more and more motivated.
I work out 4 days a week and I have tried so many different healthy foods over the last 2 months and I’ve found what I like and I’m sticking to those foods.
I still have about 60 more pounds that I want to lose but for short term I want to lose at least 25 more pounds by the time my fiancée gets here in December. I keep changing up my work out routines so that my body continues to be in shock and doesn’t get use to my work outs.
Thanks to everybody for their advice that they gave me when I first started posting in here, it’s only because of EF that I’ve come this far. I had no clue what I was doing until I started posting in here.
