I'm cutting down and am on Clen and Albuterol switched up weekly. My stomach always feels hungry with that burning sensation all the time. Sometimes it growls. All this happens many times right after i've eaten. Does this mean that my body is in or going into a catabolic state and that it's telling me to eat more? I'm not in a huge calorie deficit. I'm 242-245lbs 20%bf or more and eating 2500-3000 calories everyday, 3000 being a bad day. Any input?

What exactly are you eating, when, how is it spaced out, what is your work out schedule like...

Give us some more details :-)

I'll wake up and eat an some oatmeal with protein powder, go work out (morning), eat 25 grams of whey with about 350 calories mostly of simple carbs. I eat at least every 2 hours, the rest of the meals might include tuna, whole wheat spaghetti, summore oats, chicken, eggs, a protein bar with at most 5 grams net carbs, and whole wheat bread without enriched flour or high fructose corn syrup. I eat 6-7 meals a day.

Hmmm, maybe its the Clen. I get hungry at points but a protein shake or some chicken always clears that right up and im eating less cals than you. Maybe you should try something else supplement wise, that focusses on appetite suppression.

It also depends on what your eating around your workouts and all. I do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach or close to it, and i know after that my stomach is hurting a little.

If you having probs throughout the day, keep some nuts or some low-cal snacks on hand.

Your going to have to play around with it on a personal level and see what works because you seem to have the right idea.

I read a study somewhere, I can not remember where it was but 80% of americans confuse hunger with thirst.

In theory sounds like it could be true, but I dont know the truth behind it.

So when I get hungry when I think I should not be, I drink a glass of water as fast as I can.

Im down 16 lbs. But I also cut out all cokes, and beer.

Ya, thirst can be confused with hunger vary easily. Drink an 8 oz glass of water. If you are hungry 10-15 minutes after then you may need to take in some food.
