HELLO IM 21/M HERE I HAVE BEEN WORKING OUT FOR ABOUT A YEAR AND IM HAVING PROBLEM GANING WEIGHT.. I DUNNO WHY IM NOT GANING ANY WEIGHT? LAST YEAR I USE TO EAT LIKE PIG AND I USE TO GAIN WEIGHT REALLY QUICK AND IT'S BEEN A YEAR I HAVE START WORKING OUT AND EATING DIET FOOD I CAN'T GAIN WEIGHT FOR SOME RESAON CAN SOME ONE PLEASE TELL WHY IM NOT GAINING ANY WEIGHT . AND PLUS ONE MORE THING I WANNA BULK UP AND GET CUT UP SO WHAT SO I DO FOR THAT.. THANX!
