First of all, do some research! I believe there are tons of articles & threads on cutting and losing bodyfat. In general to get you started you need 3 things in order to lose bodyfat:
1) A good and healthy diet with high protein and moderate carbs.
2) Lots of cardio, at least 4 times a week for 30 minutes.
3) Weight training at least 3 times a week.
You will need to decrease your calories in order to lose weight. Try not to lose more than 2 lbs per week or else you will be losing muscle. Keep your protein intake high and your carbs moderate. Healthy fats like flaxseed oil are excellent to help you get all cut up. Do your cardio either in the morning on empty stomach or right after your weight training.
