im done my cycle and i wanna start cutting

First of all, do some research! I believe there are tons of articles & threads on cutting and losing bodyfat. In general to get you started you need 3 things in order to lose bodyfat:

1) A good and healthy diet with high protein and moderate carbs.

2) Lots of cardio, at least 4 times a week for 30 minutes.

3) Weight training at least 3 times a week.

You will need to decrease your calories in order to lose weight. Try not to lose more than 2 lbs per week or else you will be losing muscle. Keep your protein intake high and your carbs moderate. Healthy fats like flaxseed oil are excellent to help you get all cut up. Do your cardio either in the morning on empty stomach or right after your weight training.
 
oh i didn't know your suppose to do it after your workout.. i always do it before.. thanks.. now i will switch it around. how much protein do you think i'll need and how many carbs to cut at a decent rate.. my metabolism is pretty quick and i weigh 186 now with propbably 10 % body fat
 
you will get more out of your workout (bigger lifts, more stamina) if youre doing cardio after...keep your protein at around 1g per lean pound of bodyweight when cutting...carbs you want lower. You want to be able to lose around 1-2lbs a week to maintain your muscle mass and drop fat.
