I'm a victim of credit card fraud for the amount of $900+ dollars

My BOA card got hacked somehow. The only place I use it is online which is scary too. I've only used it on three sites over the past year so at least I can narrow it down. They caught all of the transactions though so I am good. :)

I pay mine off immediately. I only use them for this reason - protection. If they get your debit card info you gotta fight to get your own money back. Fuck that.

Damn bro....close call I guess :worried:

yeah, nice move. i can't put one more penny in my balance.

Has happened to me twice in the past 2 years. To the credit of the card companies and banks, it all turned out to be a minor inconvenience.

They caught it and notified me.
They credited my account with no questions asked.
They overnighted me a new card.

That's +1 for customer service for today (-1,438,567 for the past 30 years)

They moved on this quick. All charges were made today. I checked my E-mail and they notified me that fast.

I talk to the guy and she starts mentioning sites. iTunes, some dating site, and some guido clothing online store. I hate Apple, I'm married, and I'm no baller I tell him. He laughs.

I wonder how they got my info though. I never use this card OTC, only online. I am scanning my puter right now looking for spyware and key loggers. I checked all of my other accounts and all looks fine so far.

I want to get one of those cards with temporary numbers to use exclusively online.

Happened to my boss last year... Turned out he had bought an 4.8i BMW X5 but he didn't know it. Someone in Chicago bought the truck then shipped it over seas. They never caught the guy/girl who did it.
