Hi Girls!

This is my first post here, but I've been lurking for a couple of weeks. Myself and my fiance are getting back to what we were so dedicated to before we - ahem....got lazy! He's been back into it for a couple of months now, but I've really just started back in the last couple of weeks. Needless to say, I've been training like a veteran and my body is SCREAMING right now - ahhhh, I missed that feeling!

I've been training off and on for the last 13 years - since I was 22. I was always a little runt. I was 95 - 103 lbs. when I started training in '92 and my goal was to reach 130 lbs. I finally made it in 98. I was 134 and 12% bf. I guess I just fell off the wagon! I'm now 5'4", 123 lbs., 22% bf and my waist is 26". My goal is to get down to 117 lbs and 12 - 15% bf.

I LOVE the recipe thread - I've printed quite a few of them off. I'm really impressed with the dedication I'm seeing here and find it as a HUGE inspiration! Oh well, just wanted to introduce myself and tell you how much I love seeing women talk about the same things I'm into. So many mainstreamers think I'm nuts!

:wavey: I love reading posts like this... :rose:

Thank you for taking the time to say hello. I wish others would post up, say hello, ask for help. The lifestyle change, encouragement and boundless information s/he needs is RIGHT at her fingertips, not to mention what seems like infinite possiblities to achieve your goals.

The info on here is priceless and like I said, I LOVE reading posts like this because it reminds me how grateful I am I found this little treasure (namely the EF woman’s Forum) along with all of the ladies to go all with it.
