I made this post a while back.. I think it is good info for people...




Now of course as all of you know my posts are for entertainment purposes only....and
Hypothetical..

If a bro was to get popped for say..oh..lets just use some type of vitamins that are not
legal to have in the US..Say you just received your goddies and there is a knock at the
door.. (more likely a battering ram) and a bunch of commando dudes with guns running
and screaming through your house. First of all get on the ground and place your hands
out to your sides..they will cuff you up..(also a great time for that aching rotator cuff to
come up....for your later civil suit) Anyway they will put you in your living room and start
asking questions about where the stuff is at...They will threaten you by saying that they
will totally fuck up your house looking for it...that they will take your kids to Department
of Kids and Family Services..(that is a weak spot for most offenders) but it is total
bullshit..Your resonse should be in a respectful manner.... "I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE MY
ATTORNEY PRESENT" Because at this point even though you are handcuffed you are not
"under arrest" but simply being detained..so the Miranda rule is a grey area here if you
give them statements, now it will be of your own freewill.....They will say that you made
statements of your own free will..and it will be admissable in court...I can't stress enough
that you must say "I WANT MY ATTORNEY PRESENT"....then you will hear a bunch of BS
at the station..."We can make these charges go away if you help us get the bigger fish"
Don't buy into it...Even after you have asked for a lawyer and refused to answer any
questions...(you must comply with booking questions...name,dob,etc) the feds will say
that they have you on this and this and that you are going to do time....Bullshit..don't
believe it...you have to be proven guilty first...and besides..most guys who use 'vitamins"
have no criminal record at all..so unless you get caught with tons of the stuff..you ain't
going to jail..(most of the time) Another thing...now this is my opinion..always ask for a
jury trial.....this is time consuming and costly for the prosecuters....and remember that
these people are your average Joe's who don't want to be there in the first place...Let
alone put one of their own in jail for just trying to improve himself....Always be polite and
respectful to the cops, judge, and even he District Attorney...My guess would be if you
asked for the Jury trial..got as many delays as possible..the District Attorney will most
likely offer you a plea bargain to a reduced charges...which means mostly you will get
either probation or supervision...if this happens and you have a sharp attorney...he can
probably get you to plead to misdemeanor charges.....pay a fine..along with hopefully
supervision..then after the supervision time is complete your record is wiped clean... Just
thoughts from thefantom1......"I WANT MY
ATTORNEY PRESENT"!!!!!!! Ok I'm done on my long winded rant.... Hypothetically of
course...And when you are in the jail..remember that you don't know the difference
between Dianabol or Andro..You don't know shit...Loose lips will do nothing but harm
you...trust me... I know...

Just so everyone knows..this did not happen to me.. I have no crimimal record whatsoever..I know some people in the law field (a few cops and a lot of lawyers) this is what to do IF you get arrested

Yeah good post, but you forgot to mention what they are charging you with??
It is not illegal to posses gear, but it is illegal to sell it.
Gear cannot be compared with drigs like heroin, coke, ecstacy, etc. They are controled substances but I don't think gear is.
Now for them to get a conviction they have to charge you with possession with the intent to sell or nothing.
In most cases they are not after you, but the guy who is elling it. I know a few guys that got busted because he was selling GHB & Crystal meth, which are controlled substances. Gear is not!

is that true what e-main was saying it goes against everything i have been told that you can be pinched just for possesion? i mean if i get popped at my home with maybe 16 250mg amps of sus am i in the clear ? since they won't find anything else maybe some clomid ?
 
In Canada that's true. I think the laws are the same, although I maybe wrong. A good friend of mine who is cop buys from the same dealer as me. We actually bought some gear together. Anyway, he told me not to give the money on the spot, at the time of receipt of gear. Pay him later. Reason if ever got questioned I say it was given as a present.
Also he told me what the cops can and cannot do.
Again I am going with the assumption that the laws are the same.
Can someone confirm this?

legal trouble

Coke, heroin, and the likes are schedule 1 narcotics, which basically means they can carry hefty penalties merely for possession. Gear is a schedule 3 narcotic- still illeagal but easier to deal with if you are busted.

Few years back 4 friends and myself got arrested for assualt/assualt with weapon/weapons dangerous(just a bat, don't worry) and a few other charges. They seperated us gave us all pieces of paper and said wright your explanation of events. All of my buddies made statements about how the other guy did this and they only did this ect. I wrote on the paperI want my lawyer please!! and that is all. All four eventually got convicted on something but me. Don't admit to shit, you will not get into anymore trouble for staying quiet, it is your right.

And for the younger fellows don't ever fall for the one where the cop tells you "your friend in the other room told me that you...." don't ever!

i'm 26 so I have (hopefully) passed my run in with the police. But this is some of the things I have learned as well.

e-man: Spentagn answered your question on how drugs/gear are classified in the US. I believe mj is a schedule 3 narcotic as well. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
 
Anyone knows what happens if all this happens...but the person is military? Let say a soldier lives off post and was busted by civilivan authority and u did everything posted and got off with a slap in wrist, would the military still punish you? Would they (Mil) sent a person in the brig for possessing or importing?
 
I'm ex-Army and trust me when I say that you'll face criminal charges and then you'll face a general court martial. If you're lucky you'll get off with an honorable discharge, on the other hand you could be looking at a dishonorable or some time in a "Military Institution."
 
when i was working in the courts as a probation consultant i saw a man get charged with possession of anabolic steroid for one 2ml amp of deca....thats it..one fucking amp...some guy in a pimped out caddy was driving from canada "i think" for a posing show in florida..he said he was mister teen canada or something...he got fucked over because he didnt get an attorney so he just wanted to plead guilty but the judge said ok you have one year in jail for possession or get a lawyer...so he missed the show and got a public defender and got 6 months probation and 250$ fine............dyno

Possession...

Just an FYI.
...often comes down to a state matter (feds don't typically deal without possession WITHOUT intent to distribute), and varies greatly from state to state. The possession laws I have reviewed for AS are strange and often make little since. They mention mgs, number of tabs, often listing specific drugs.
This is info from a very old background in criminal justice.

Regardless, they're right, keep quite and let your atty talk.

wait a minute

On all those cops episodes where someone gets busted for crack that turns out to be soap, he gets to walk. And so does the dealer, I believe. So if the gear turns out being fake, I doubt you can be tried for anything. Just my thoughts though...

I've hear of guys getting busted and evidence disappearing before trial--must be the cops using the gear--What do you think?
 
Great post, I am glad lawyers are a dime a dozen here in California. Is there any difference in getting popped and home as opossed to getting caught by customs bringing gear back.
 
Never tell the police anything but your name, say your name and keep Repeating " I won't answer questions without a attorney" Any time the police say ANYTHING just keep asking for a attorney.

I think it will be difficult for the cops or you for that matter, to prove the gear is fake. If it's labled it does not matter. Look at all the ecstacy busts, half of them are fake pills (ephedrine, caffeine and shit like that). But the pill was "labeled" as an ecstacy pill.
Now when the cops find a plain bag of baking soda on you and they think it's coke, then they have to let you walk. The bag is not labled and therefore could be anything.
All I can say is I feel sorry for all you fuckers in the US. In Canada gear possession is a joke, unless you are selling it.
I think all you juice heads should come live in Canada and not worry about schedule 1 or 3 shit..

I used to work for the Dept of corrections in one state and we had a few bozos who were charged with possesion of a look a like substance. But they may have had other charges also. A lot of dumb-asses in jail.

also in NYC steroids are a more serious offense than in other states.I forgot where I read that.

i'm starting to get scared of buying gear.

i think he means that when you are in your holding cell don't run your mouth to the other inmates or they may cooperate with the DA to bust you.

They test them first to see if they contain any methamphetamines. If they don't they let you go.
