I wouldn't use either, you don't want to use whey before bed it is metabolized way to quickly. you would do much better using a blended protein that contains milk protein, egg albumen or caesin.
or just eating some real food. anything but whey
Postworkout I'd go for the Nlarge b/c it has lots of carbs and protein, which makes it ideal after a workout. Taking whey w/ no carbs makes no sense in my book. It's a waste of protein. The carbs play a big role post workout.
nlarge is the best stuff i have ever used. I take 2 a day. 1post workout 1 before bed. I've gained almost 16 lbs. I dont credit this all to n-large because i started bulking as soon as my football season ended so i got most of my gains back quickly but still.
