Do carbs from green veg count towards the carb totoal?

When calculating your calorie figures, do you use your actual weight or lbm?

What about carbs from eggs and alike, do they count or is it just starchy ones?

Does it matter what types of fat? would eating lard be as good as olive oil, fish oils natrual pb etc.

What are good foods for a ckd shoppong list?

Thanks in advance, karma to all those who help and I hope you recieve some good karma in real life for helping someone in need out.

These carbs are predominantly fiber - so the answer is no. You essentially have a "window" of about 20 grams of carbs each day (this is generally the maximum that people can eat and still stay in ketosis - but some people can get away with eating a lot more carbs - especially once you're in ketosis - just play around with the amounts until you find your personal limit).

For precision, you'd use your lbm - but it's not going to make an enormous difference in the end. Using your actual weight is just as efficient IMHO.

Again, you have a window of acceptable carbs - and the real key is to avoid eating a large number of them in one sitting. The point is to avoid an excess release of insulin (which will effectively remove you from ketosis). So I'd say no - don't worry too much about the carbs in eggs - but be aware that you are consuming them - and plan the rest of your food choices accordingly.

From the standpoint of reaching ketosis - some guys claim to reach it faster consuming saturated fats. From a health-minded perspective - you'll want to at least strike a balance and consume some EFA's (flax and hemp oil, or fish and olive oil as you mentioned, etc.,). I highly recommend extra-virgin cocount oil - it's one of the few healthy saturated fats - excellent for thyroid function apparently.
