According to that scale in GNC, I should weigh 155 lbs. That's at 5'8". I'm currently at 198 lbs, down from 225 in the winter. I plan on being 185ish for the summer. Lots of numbers.
 
i would like to be able to maintain a weight around 220 atleast...hopefully ina few years i'll be there ;)....all natty if i can keep my sanity lol
 
I'm 5'5", 180 and about 10-11% currently. I'd like to get over 200lbs fairly lean, then maintain 190-195 at about 8%. I think that would be sufficiently jacked for my size... though I'll always want more!
 
I am currently about 242 at 6' tall. I look very much like an NFL linebacker. My b.f. is right about 12% right now. It seems that the heavier I get, the less energetic I feel. I need to get down to about 220-225 at 7-8%, and I think I would feel a lot better. When I get over 250 I really start to feel it. I never do cardio, so maybe that would help...
 
I'm 5'8 at 200lbs probly 10-12% BF it's all in the midsection otherwise it would be all good! My ideal weight would have to be 210-215 at 6-8% BF that would be awsome. I can't let all this juice conflict with my college studies! haha, boy do i love the magic potions of muscle greatness. Yet the potions would not help if it wasnt for caloric intake and intensity itself.
 
i am 6 2 and very small joints and frame, at 190 i think i will be happy as a clam. i was 6 2 125 when i was a freshman in college, i have gone up 40 pounds since then, and i am usually at 5-6% natty, 3% on a caliper test but those are not perfect. so yeah 190 i will be very happy
 
6' 1" 230, havent lifted in yr, but I carry it fairly well. I was the same wieght at 10% and I was digging that, so thats Goal once again.
 
I am 5'6" wighing 180 at around 10% bf right now my goal is 220 at around 7-9% bf as you can see I have a long ways to go lol.Then again If I ever reach 220 I am sure I will think I look small and will want 250 its like reversed anorexia lol.
 
Currently 5'8", 175...would like to be about 185-190. sure, 220 would be fun, but I am a ballplayer - no way am I lugging an extra 30 lbs around the bases with me :)

But maybe when I hang up the spikes...

I am just under 6ft.3 and I am at 233lbs and approx. 12% bf. My weight is just right, I only need to get my bf down to about 7%.
 
im currently 6' 2" @202 lb. would like a solid 20 lds. more mass. basically like T.O. built, but cut! time for some drol and pain in the gym.
 
Im 6"2", around 207 but I want to get to around 218. I cant believe a poster above was 6 foot 2 and 125 pounds. Isnt that impossible? I was 6 foot 2 and 170 pounds freshman year in college and I thought I was skinny.
 
I'm going to guess I'd look my most impressive at about 250 lbs.@6-8% with all of the right symmetry and proportions. Right now I am 275 lbs.@14%, and need to bring up some weak points, while maintaining some strong ones at the moment. 6'3'' by the way.
 
wow most of you guys are tiny...i mean no offence but i thought in my head you guys would be bigger than me.

I wieght 230 off season and 215 on season at 6 foot my ideal would probably be around 250 give or take a few pounds
 
6'. Currently 218(as of this morning), and I'd say about 13-14% BF. My goal is 225-230 at 8-9% BF. I don't want to compete or anything like that, I just want to look good for myself(and others). I just got done with a natural bulk, stopped it about march, started in October. I was up to a max weight of 234(bloated, face felt fat, everything felt fat). Now down to 218(going slow).
 
Mts, Lee Priest competes at just UNDER 200lbs these days. The only show he actually won, he weighed in at 199lbs. He doesn't get that big anymore. He's the same height as me, and I said I'd like to be around 190-195 lean... which is maybe 15-20lbs smaller than priest. Believe me, that's MORE than big enough! It's all about illusion bro, not actual measurements.

I think Priest looked more impressive when he bulked beyond belief, it just took a toll on his system to put on all the weight in the off-season just to diet down in a matter of months.

Priest was the only lil' guy who could beat the mass monsters on a consistent basis.

i am 5.10 and 190. off cycle for two months now . can go up or down a couple lbs based on the day or time. i am satisfied with this size, but wouldn't mind another 10 lbs. will shoot for next cycle too big can just look weird and unnatural.

im 6'2'' and 250+ at 12-13% , im gaining each week... on my first cycle now. I hope to get up to 260, then after pct be at least 245 after loosing water weight. I voted for 250+ but thats for low bf around 4-5% for competing. I beleive its very possible for me within 10 years. slow and steady wins the race.
I want to be 210 at 4-5% this september .. then 220 at under 4% for my national comp in july 2006 :)
 
im 6'6". id like to be 250+ at like 7-8% BF.. i've never been higher then that in my life
 
Im 6'1''. My ideal would be a solid 240-250. Problem is I keep having set backs which keep me from getting there. I cant train right now (because of surgery), so Im scared to step on the scale. Im sure Im already down to 225, and by the time I can get back in the gym I'll probably be down to 215 (if Im lucky). If I could ever get in a situation where I could train without any setbacks I'd be well on my way to 250.
 
im 6'4" 247lbs now bf about 12%. i would like to get the bf under 10% and hope to get somewhere between 270-295. i think its very possible being that i have got this far naturally. hopefully ill be starting my first cycle soon, so well see how it goes
 
I'm 5'11'' 185lbs lean, I think 200-210 and lean would be perfect although I can't complain I started out 5 yrs ago at 135lbs :mix:

i'm 5'7 and looked jacked as fuck at 155 lbs... i'm serious, i've always been a real little mother fucker. natty peak was 118lbs no bullshit.
a few cycles and i can hold 140 no problem now,
but my ideal weight i want to be at is only 160lbs.. at 150 i was cut as fuck, BF way under 5% and my arms were 16" pumped ...remember they were 12.5" only 3 years ago.
 
5'11" 255lbs @ 6.5% bf just started training for a show in August. I'll get to just over 260 and then I'll cut down to 245lbs @ 3% bf pull my water and step on stage at about 237lbs.
Ideally would like to be about 240lbs @6% bf. Its alot easier to move and breathe at that weight :) .

5'10 175 now very low body fat. i think 190 is where i'd like to be at, which is tiny compared to most of yall round here.
 
in the medical profession, ideal body weight (IBW) is calculated like this...

Estimated ideal body weight in (kg)
Males: IBW = 50 kg + 2.3 kg for each inch over 5 feet.
Females: IBW = 45.5 kg + 2.3 kg for each inch over 5 feet.

ABW
Estimated adjusted body weight (kg)
If the actual body weight is greater than 30% of the calculated IBW, calculate the adjusted body weight (ABW):
ABW = IBW + 0.4(actual weight - IBW)

The IBW and ABW are used to calculate medication dosages when the patient is obese.
 
Bwahaha, my ideal bodyweight, assuming I have a normal frame, is 135lbs. I have a small frame though, so my ideal is probably a little lower, I was 112lbs when I graduated high school. So, according to modern medicine, I'm at least 45lbs over my ideal weight, more like 55-60 when I'm really bulking. Also, my BMI puts me right on the cusp between simply "obese" and "morbidly obese". Yet my bodyfat % is about 5% below "normal". God I love modern medicine hehehe :)

i graduated around 113lbs and lifted for about 6-7 years before juicing. my natty best weight was 118lbs ~~ i'm 5'7 and very small frame, so at 140lbs now i look like very ripped/muscular. my goal is 160 and i should actually looked JACKED at that weight, which is still super light compared to everyone here.
 
I'm 5'-11'' 219lbs about 10%BF I feel that my ideal weight would be around 250lbs 8%. I've got a way to go,so I better go hit the gym
 
I'm 6'2" at 200 lbs around 10-12%. I'd like to get to 230-240 at 7-8% (I'd have to change my career (which is seriously under consideration) in order to get there). I have a smaller (medium) bone structure unfortunately.

Now a weak 170 or so @ 5'7 would like to get up to 200 eventually in the next year or two. I got lots of work to do!!!
 
im 5'5ish 21yo and 207lbs at about 12%bf you can never b big enough!!!!!!!!!! so i too have a lot of work to do lol but going on a diet for summer soon maby monday, looking forward to rebound after diet!
 
4 year jump, two month jump... This thread is getting bumped in the oddest intervals, lol. I'm 6'2" and 235-240 right now, but "not lean." I'm about 15%, maybe more right now. I'd say I'd love to be 235 and very lean someday. I'd love to compete at the very top of the heavyweight class in ripped condition.
 
If you were to believe the BMI anyone my height and over about 190 is obese--even with that info I feel best when I am about 220 which for me is about 8%bf
 
im 5'8" and weight 155, i fight (mma) at 145 so im trying to get up to about 165 inbetween fights. if i ever stop fighting ill prolly make make my way up to 180ish. i could be wrong, but going much over that could possibly have a negative effect on my high cardio lifestlye. mma,muay thai, rock climbing, hiking and i'd like to stay quick

For me, it depends on what I'm trying to accomplish. Where I am right now (at 6') is 175-180. 5% bf; very cut & lean. But this sacrifices some bulk, and I could get thicker (maybe 195-210), if I let the bf go up, which it will if I eat enough protein to gain more size. My goal is lean & hard; not so much size. I want to see every vein, even if on a muscle group that could be bigger.

Bottom line: for what my present goal is, I'm right in line with ideal weight.

With the muscle mass I have probably could cut fat weight without losing much muscle down to 220-226 range.
 
Lot of short dudes out there! When I was younger I hated being one of the tallest, now I would hate to be any shorter!

6'4" at 215 lbs. Was at 225 a couple weeks ago, wokring on cutting fat. I'll be down to 205 in the next 4 weeks.

High school I was super skinning...like 6'4" and 150-160. Gradually hit 230 when I was 30. Now I am bringing it back down.
