ICUII V 5.9 Password/Registration Code

Hey guys whats up? Does anyone have a registration code/password for ICUII. I had it installed on my computer and I had to reinstall because windows sucks!!! Now that I have reinstalled it lost my code and I really don't want to pay another 50 bucks for a registration code. Let me know !! Thanks!
