I would do endurance training 2 to 3 days a week no longer then 30 minutes per gym session. Definitely keep lifting weights..

What is your current nutrition like? How many calories, protein, carbs, fats?
To you what is bulky? Some women say if they can see any muscle definition , is bulky. Some women say the hard core crossfit look is or is not bulky, others say the huge female bodybuilder look is or is not bulky, lastly some women say "bulky", whats BULKY? A woman can never have to much muscle [emoji123].
