Now, here is the question: How slow is TOO slow? how long should i wait before attempting sex (No, we haven't yet....just stupid highschool kissing type shit)?

The word "too" implies an excess, to a detriment.

The only such thing as "too slow" is when both parties are not on the same page, and one starts resenting the other for it. As long as you guys both want to move at the same speed, no, you can't take it "too slow".
