This is sooo funny, I had the biggest sugar craving after being on the CKD diet for the past week! So I indulged in ice cream, cookies and chocolate, then I too felt like "what the hell am I doing"? So I went for an hour and a half rollerblade to help justify and get rid those extra calories! Hopefully I can get back on track with ketosis within the next day!! Does anybody else find it extremely hard to stay on this diet?? I am finding that my body goes into some wicked craving mode and once I indulge, it wants more and more. I have noticed my body is tightening up, but the scale does not seem to reflect this. How long should you stay on this diet? And another thing, every time I carb up, I gain like 5 pounds, is this normal? How do you avoid this?
