I think my TVA is sore! WOW!

I am sore in the midsection but when I tense it's not my abs or obliques--it only hurts when I suck in my stomach.

Yesterday I was doing F. squats with a much narrower stance than usual and noticed I was sucking in my stomach (using my TVA--a good thing) to keep my torso straight. That must be what this is from!

The other exercises I did were standing calf raises, SLDLs, and lunges.

This is cool.

keep in mind with TVA activation, that if you are bearing down (vasalva) that the TVA may get distended...meaning under eccentric contraction it is stabilizing your core nonetheless. you actually will feel your rectus abdominis being tight as well, its just how the inner unit and outer unit work together. opposing lines of tension to stabilize. kewl eh?

keep up the good work/experimentation.
